ProDentim cover

ProDentim is a chewable probiotic "soft tablet" sold through ClickBank and marketed for healthy teeth, gums and fresh breath. This guide covers what's in it, what independent research on oral probiotics actually shows, what it costs, and how the refund works.

Important: This page is general information, not medical or dental advice. ProDentim is a dietary supplement. Statements about it haven't been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and it isn't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. No supplement replaces brushing twice a day with fluoride toothpaste, cleaning between your teeth, and regular dental check-ups. If you have bleeding gums, tooth pain or persistent bad breath, see a dentist.

Quick verdict

  • What it is: a strawberry-mint chewable probiotic, one tablet a day. Each bottle shown says 30 soft tablets, a one-month supply.
  • Price: $158 for 2 bottles plus $9.99 shipping, $207 for 3 bottles, or $294 for 6 bottles. The 3- and 6-bottle orders ship free in the US.
  • Recurring charges: none on the checkouts we checked; each showed a one-time total.
  • Refund: 60 days through ClickBank.
  • Our take: oral probiotics are a genuine research area with some modest results, but evidence is strain-specific and there's no published trial of ProDentim itself. Fine to try alongside good brushing and dental care, never instead of them.

ProDentim ingredients

According to the sales page, each tablet contains "3.5 billion" probiotics plus a blend of plants and minerals:

IngredientWhat the seller says it's for
Lactobacillus paracaseiGum health, sinuses
Bifidobacterium lactis BL-04Mouth bacteria balance, respiratory tract, immunity
Lactobacillus reuteriInflammation, healthy mouth environment
InulinFood for good bacteria (a prebiotic fibre)
Malic acid"Tooth whiteness"
Tricalcium phosphateTooth health
PeppermintFreshness

The page doesn't show a full Supplement Facts label with the amount of each strain, so ask the seller for it if that matters to you.

What the research actually shows

  • Gum health: a 2025 systematic review and meta-analysis found probiotics can modestly improve some gum measures in gingivitis and periodontitis, mostly as an add-on to professional dental treatment, with variable results between studies (Benavides-Reyes et al., 2025). An earlier review on gingivitis found the evidence inconsistent (Akram et al., 2020).
  • L. reuteri: studies of specific L. reuteri products, used alongside scaling and root planing by a dentist, reported some extra improvement in periodontitis (Song et al., 2020).
  • Bad breath: reviews found probiotics may reduce breath odour in the short term, with low-certainty evidence (López-Valverde et al., 2021; Huang et al., 2022).
  • Tooth decay: some studies in children suggest probiotics may lower decay-causing bacteria, but the evidence is mixed (Shi et al., 2023).
  • Strain matters: results apply to the specific strains and doses tested. Several studies cited on the sales page used different strains (for example, a periodontitis trial used B. lactis HN019, not BL-04), so they don't prove ProDentim works.

Claims we didn't take at face value

  • The page says common toothpaste and mouthwash contain "toxic ingredients" that destroy the mouth's microbiome. Fluoride toothpaste is one of the best-proven ways to prevent tooth decay, and dental organisations recommend it. Don't stop using it.
  • The page calls ProDentim "doctor-formulated" but doesn't name a doctor or dentist, so we can't verify any professional endorsement.
  • It cites "95,000 reviews", says "97% of customers order 6 bottles", and shows customer quotes. We can't verify these and don't repeat them as evidence.
  • Claims about allergies, sleep, digestion and respiratory health go beyond what oral-probiotic research supports.
  • "Manufactured in an FDA-approved facility": the FDA doesn't approve supplement facilities. At most, a facility may follow FDA's manufacturing rules or be registered with the FDA.

Safety

  • Probiotics are generally well tolerated by healthy adults, but people with a weakened immune system, serious illness or a central line should ask a doctor first.
  • If you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, check with your doctor or pharmacist, as the seller also advises.
  • The tablets are chewable candy-style supplements; keep them away from children unless a doctor agrees.

Who it may suit, and who should skip it

May suit you if:

  • You already brush, floss and see a dentist, and want to try an oral probiotic as an extra.
  • You're comfortable with an uncertain benefit and will use the refund window if it doesn't help.

Skip it, or ask a professional first, if:

  • You have gum bleeding, pain, loose teeth or ongoing bad breath. Those need a dentist.
  • You have a weakened immune system or serious health condition.
  • You're thinking of replacing toothpaste or dental visits with a supplement.

Is ProDentim legit or a scam?

ProDentim is a real product sold through ClickBank, which processes the payment and handles refunds, so you're buying from a known retailer rather than an anonymous site. "Legit" isn't the same as "works as advertised", though. There's no published trial of ProDentim itself; oral-probiotic research shows modest, strain-specific benefits, and it doesn't replace brushing or the dentist.

  • Buy only through the official page or ClickBank checkout. Many search results for "prodentim reviews" are press releases, paid posts and copied pages that repeat the sales pitch, not independent tests.
  • Keep your order number and email receipt; you need them for any refund.

ProDentim side effects

There's no published safety study of ProDentim itself. Probiotics are generally well tolerated by healthy adults; the commonest effects reported for probiotics are mild, temporary digestive symptoms such as gas or bloating. People with a weakened immune system, serious illness or a central line should ask a doctor first. If you take medication or are pregnant or nursing, check with your doctor or pharmacist.

Common complaints and red flags

  • Anti-toothpaste messaging. The sales page discourages ordinary toothpaste and mouthwash. Keep using fluoride toothpaste.
  • Unverifiable claims. "95,000 reviews" and an unnamed "doctor-formulated" claim can't be checked.
  • Bundle cost. The 3- and 6-bottle orders commit you to $207 or $294 up front.
  • Lookalike sellers. Search results include many sale and "official website" pages; buy only through the official ClickBank checkout so the 60-day refund applies.
